Customer Service at the Forefront

At New Image Dental Laboratory our customer service is a the forefront. In dental where precision and excellence are paramount, the role of a high-quality dental lab cannot be overstated. Our lab serves as a partner to our dental practices, providing products and services that directly impact your patient outcomes. We are constantly looking for ways to better our offering and enhance the customer experience of partnering with New Image Dental Laboratory.

This past week we took time away from our desks to meet with other dental laboratories in the TEREC group to discuss how to serve our clients better in customer service. The TEREC group is represented by laboratories of similar size to ours across the USA. Our meeting was hosted in Chicago at Artistic Dental Lab and was attended by friends and colleagues of other participating labs. During this week long meeting, we covered topics including how our sales team can continue to support our clients, how to convey our offering to our clients, roles and responsibilities of chairside technicians and how to further education for our team to better address client needs.

During the meeting we also listened to a presentation by Jimmy Stegall, previously with Sherer Dental Lab and Dentsply, who challenged our teams to think outside the box and focus on finding the problem to solve for our doctors. He gave a great presentation that opened up the group to a larger discussion on the importance of great customer service. Below are some photos of our group at the meeting.
